Shopping in person
Ordering from us is very easy. You can call (08) 9388 8535 with your list, send a fax to (08) 9388 8534, or send an e-mail to temptationbooks@iinet.net.au.

If the books are available, we’ll put them aside for you to pick up on your next visit. Otherwise, we’ll order them and they should arrive within 7-10 days.

Shopping at home
Can’t make it to our shop? Let the books come to you. Postage is only what Australia Post charges us.

Payment option
Credit card: we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express. Your credit card will only be charged when books are in store and ready to send.

Personal cheque or money order: to be made payable to Temptation the Romance Bookstore. Payment needs to be cleared before books can be taken/sent.

Direct bank deposit: we will forward our account details upon request.

Shipping cost (Australia-wide)
Regular post:

• $5.00 (1-2 small paperbacks)
• $9.00 (3-14 small paperbacks)

Express post:

• $7.00 (1-2 small paperbacks)
• $10.00 (3-14 small paperbacks)

Trade paperbacks and hardcover books may have to be shipped in larger bags due to their weight.

We strongly recommend shipping via express post satchels as they're traceable up to your local post office. We do not take responsibility of items lost in transit when shipped via regular post.

International Customers
Please contact us for special quote regarding international shipping cost.

Special Orders
We can assist you in locating any books you wanted. If they're in print, we generally can get them. We do not sell secondhand books, but we could locate hard-to-find or out-of-print books through our secondhand bookstore affiliates. Please contact us with your enquiries.

General Book Request
We are glad to help customers with non-romance book requirements. Please contact us for further information.
Free Monthly Catalogue
We send out free catalogues to customers every month. Our customers find this an excellent way to keep up with the new releases and (re)discover old favourites or new authors. Please click here to subscribe to our mailing list.

Temptation’s Loyalty Program: Les Romantiques
Signing up for our free monthly catalogue will automatically enrol you in Les Romantiques. Every time you make a purchase of $30 or more, we will stamp your card and note your total spending. After the 10th purchase, we will tally up your 10 purchases and you will receive a gift certificate to the amount of 9% of your total spending*. You can then spend the gift certificate on your next order…or save it for that hardcover book you just can’t bear to wait for the paperback release of!
Members will also benefit from other special offers and giveaways.

* Only romance books purchases can be recorded. Shipping cost cannot be recorded nor can reward be used to cover shipping. The 10 purchases must be made within 1 year from the date of first purchase.

Return Policy
Just a kind reminder, please be careful with the books you order in case you have already had them somewhere in your bookshelves. Please bear in mind that there have been many re-releases with different covers or different titles, and this could be quite deceiving. Always double check your orders as we prefer not to make the exchange. We can assist you to make sure you don’t have a title as we keep record of your past purchases in our system. We are unable to refund items, and exchange will only be made upon presentation of receipt and if the books are in good condition. Exchanged books will have to be mailed out on customer’s expense.
